Hias IKS, henceforth referred to as the contracting authority, will construct a new water treatment facility
Nordsveodden in Stange municipality. The project is anchored in the main water plan for 2010–2022 and the current finance plan and in the joint municipal sector plan for water and sewage for Hamar,
Løten, Ringsaker and Stange municipalities.
This procurement is for a contract for E71 Submarine Pipelines, etc. Part 1.
The tender description for a new Hias Water Treatment Facility. The contract comprises the following installations:
— Mjøs pipeline, approx. 7 km Ø 630 PE pipeline SDR 17,
— pipelines in ditches on Nordsveodden (by Hias Water Treatment Facility and Hias raw water pump station), Ø,
— 630 PE pipeline SDR 17 and SDR 26, approx. 0,4 km. The ditches will be made by E21,
— raising the existing intake pipeline by Hamar Water Treatment Facility (ca. 3,9 km Ø 900 PE pipeline
SDR 26 and SDR 17.6) for re-use as the new main intake pipeline,
— new intake pipelines (main and reserve intakes) for Hias Water Treatment Facility, approx. 3,7 km Ø 900 PE pipeline,
— SDR 17 and SDR 26,
— overflow pipeline for Hias Water Treatment Facility, Ø 630 PE pipeline SDR 26, approx. 0,6 km. Ditches on land will be made by E21.
If it is apparent that the existing pipeline cannot be raised, or if its quality is not good enough to be used in the new Hias Water Treatment Plant, only new pipeline material will be used.
