The subject of this order is an outsourcing service consisting of:

1) ensuring the possibility of printing, copying and scanning documents using new devices supplied by the Contractor,

2) maintenance and operation of these equipment (supply of consumables and repair of these equipment),

3) installation of a central printing system (follow and secure printing system) on supplied devices,

4) installation of network printing equipment management system for all equipment covered by the service (cost accounting system, equipment status monitoring system, consumables management),

5) provide servers with the relevant licenses necessary to provide the service.
