SUBSCRIPTION OF A CIVIL LIABILITY INSURANCE POLICY THAT COVERS THE STUDENTS PARTICIPATING IN THE TRAINING PRACTICES DURING THE PERIOD FROM SEPTEMBER 1, 2022 TO AUGUST 31, 2023.
In Andalusia, the call for Dual Vocational Training projects, in which teaching-learning processes are combined in the teaching center and in the company, in accordance with the training program designed by the teaching center, is carried out annually, and are aimed at students enrolled in training cycles of Basic Vocational Training, Middle Grade and Higher Grade in execution of the provisions of Royal Decree 1529/2012, of 8 November, which develops the contract for training and learning and establishes the bases of dual vocational training.
In all these teachings, the realization of training practices in real work situations, are necessary to obtain the corresponding degree or certificate.
What makes it necessary to have a civil liability insurance that covers and complements the Civil / Patrimonial Liability insurance that the Junta de Andalucía has subscribed for claims over 6000 euros and that directly, jointly or severally or subsidiarily may correspond to the Ministry of Education and Sport for any physical, material injury and / or economic damage suffered by third parties in their assets and / or rights, except in cases of force majeure, caused by action or omission to third parties, in the development of the phase of Training in Work Centers or phase of practical training in companies, studies and workshops, by the students.
Likewise, the development of professional training projects in the dual modality module, in which part of the training of the students is transferred to the facilities of the companies or collaborating entities, advises to cover the possible economic consequences derived from a possible civil or patrimonial liability that may legally correspond for the development of part of the training outside the educational center.
