Lot 1 basically includes civil engineering and pipeline laying work that requires a special use of materials and / or personnel from the contractor. Basically, these are all construction sites over 100 m in length. In addition, lot 1 also includes the provision of a standby service with troubleshooting. These services have so far been included in the annual list of services for civil engineering and pipeline laying work by Stadtwerke Passau GmbH. The term of the new contract begins on March 1, 2021. Further details on the type of individual orders falling under lot 1 can be found in the specification for lot 1 (item I of the appendix to this part B), which becomes part of the contract when the contract is awarded. The client is under no obligation to assign certain services to one or the other lot. Quantities and estimates are not to be understood as a purchase obligation. An additional amount of up to 20% of the fictitious price offered may apply.

Lot 2 basically includes smaller earthworks and civil engineering works in the course of repair and maintenance work. These are maintenance and repair work as well as other small building measures, the length of which is limited to 100 m per individual measure or with regard to the planned costs to EUR 15,000. These have so far been included in the annual contract for small orders from Stadtwerke Passau GmbH. The term of the new contract begins on March 1, 2021. It should be noted that the majority of the construction measures involved may represent individual construction pits that have to be approached several times with a little trench, ie they cannot be completed in one go.
