The subject of the order is the performance of the arrangement of Materia Kina exhibition and space for the purpose of serving visitors together with the delivery and installation of multimedia equipment, the supply of software and the exposure management system, according to:

1) Detailed Description of the Subject of the Order (SOPZ), annex 1 to the SWZ,

2) the proposed provisions of the Agreement (PPU), annex 2 to the SWZ.

I.Wyk-ca, in the framework of the execution of the contract, on the basis of documents provided by Zam-go, taking into account the requirements for the subject of the contract set out in the SOPZ, shall be obliged in particular to:

1) the execution, delivery, installation and commissioning of all elements of the Materia Cinema exhibition and space for the purpose of serving visitors on the principles and to the extent described in the SOPZ, including:

(a) positions, including positions with multimedia content, including posts in the form of film projection systems with calibration, interactive station software, software reproducing sound recordings, as well as the performance of other elements provided for executive documentation exhibitions, based on design documentation and materials annexed to the SWZ indicating materials supplied by Zam-go and indicated for implementation by Wyk-ca,

b) furniture and arrangement elements in the space of the exhibition Materia Cinema and Communication,

(c) the connection of the stations to the existing teletechnical and electrical network with commissioning.

2) the implementation, based on the prepared design documentation, delivery and installation of equipment in the space of the exhibition Materia Cinema and Communication,

3) creating, providing, installing and launching software, implementing the scenario set out in SOPZ and allowing visitors to experience gameplay at selected positions of interactive exhibition Materia Kina,

4) execution, delivery, installation of graphic luminaire walls in the exhibition space Materia Kina, according to performance projects, specifications and spreads,

5) calibration of exhibition lighting, according to the design documentation of Materia Cinema exhibition,

6) create, deliver, install and run the Exposure Management System and Content Management System,

7) integrate the Exposure Management System and Content Management System into existing Systems by ensuring their operability,

8) the performance, delivery, installation of the Visual Identification System in the spaces indicated in the SOPZ,

9) provide or grant 24 mth warranty on the subject of the contract, with respect to the Equipment the warranty period will be 36 m-cy,

10) drawing up workshop documentation taking into account the details of the structure of the elements, access revisions and changes necessary for the implementation of the contract and directing documentation to the acceptance of Zam-go together with the designer. Workshop projects should be drawn up by persons with appropriate powers and in a way that ensures the safety of the use of the elements performed,

11) draw up as-built documentation to the extent specified in the Agreement.

II.Zam-cy stipulates that individual types of furniture, built-in and arrangement equipment must be made in accordance with the Establishment No 1.3 to PPU: “Standard for the performance of stage buildings including furniture”.

III.Zam-cy requires that:

1) The equipment/devices were factory new, unused, technically efficient, safe, complete, ready to go. All items offered under this Agreement must have current manufacturer support as of the date of signing the final protocol. Equipment/Devices must have complete wiring necessary for proper operation;

2) the provided software was the current version software at least as of the date of signing the final protocol;

3) All equipment supplied under this procurement procedure must have up-to-date manufacturer support.

IV.Zam-cy requires that persons performing activities in the field of all finishing and assembly work be employed by Wyk-ca or Podwyk-ca on the basis of the employment relationship for the period of completion of the order.
