The subject of the tender is the conclusion of a framework contract for the maintenance and operation of the technical systems of the heating, air conditioning, plumbing? and ventilation technology, at the Deutsche Welle site in Bonn.

Due to in-house requirements, there may be increased or reduced requirements within the individual items. There is no purchase obligation.

The planned term is scheduled to begin on December 01, 2023 and end on June 30, 2027.

Deutsche Welle acts sustainably, uses its means and resources efficiently, continuously reduces its ecological footprint and is committed to social issues. By 2030, it aims to reduce its greenhouse gas emissions (core balance 2019) by 30 percent and achieve net-zero emissions by 2045 at the latest. In order to achieve improvements in indirect Scope 3 emissions (including purchased goods and services), Deutsche Welle also expects active sustainability management from all its business partners.

On-site visit:

In the period from August 21, 2023 to August 31, 2023, bidders will be offered the opportunity of an on-site inspection at the locations of future service provision. Registrations for the visit can be made at Deutsche Welle's Procurement and Travel department at the following telephone number 0228/ 429 2344. The modalities, in particular with regard to compliance with protective measures to contain the corona pandemic, on site will be communicated separately at the time of registration. An on-site visit may be omitted if the bidder can otherwise prove the necessary local knowledge. This must be submitted by means of an informal declaration of inspection or local knowledge attached to the offer. A site visit is recommended.
