The subject of the contract is a comprehensive supply of high-methane natural gas (Group E) for entities listed in section I.1 of the announcement (with the exception of the entity: Railway Treatment District in Rzeszów, Independent Public Health Care Center). A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in the Specification of the Essential Terms of the Order (SIWZ).

The subject of the contract is a comprehensive supply of high-methane natural gas (Group E) for entities listed in section I.1 of the announcement (with the exception of the entity: Railway Treatment District in Rzeszów, Independent Public Health Care Facility), amounting to 64 078 562 kWh, including:

- tapping points with a contracted capacity of up to 110 kWh / h - 1 281 080 kWh,

- tapping points with a contracted capacity above 110 kWh / h - 62 797 482 kWh.

The detailed scope of the contract is specified in Annex 4 to the ToR. Other conditions regarding the performance of the contract are set out in the ToR and in Annex 3 to the ToR.
