The purchase is exempt from the tender obligation pursuant to Article 23 of the Utilities Directive (Directive 2014/25/EC of 26 February 2014) as the inlet concerns the supply of energy to a contracting entity covered by Article 9 (1) of the Utilities Directive. Therefore, the rules of the Utilities Directive do not apply to the purchase.
