The subject of the contract is services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6 (1) point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (text one: Journal of Laws of 2021 item 1275 as late as “Forests Act”) covering active protection work involving the removal of cherry cherry American and acacia robinia and surface cleaning from residues after treatment in the forestry area of Brodniczka and Krajkowo in 2022.

1) The subject of the contract is services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6 (1) (1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (text one: Journal of Laws of 2021 item 1275 as late as “Forests Act”) covering works in the field of active protection consisting in removal American cherry and acacia robinia and surface cleaning from residues after treatment in the Brodniczka and Krajkowo forestry area in 2022.

2) A detailed description of the work (activities) included in the subject of the order is contained in Annex 3 and 3a (maps with the location of the task) respectively.

3. The description of the rules for the procedure for taking up work is set out in Annex 4 to the SWZ.

4) The place of implementation of the subject of the order will be the administrative area of the Konstantynowo Forest District — Forestry Brodniczka and Krajkowo.

5) Due to the actual natural weather situation, which may occur during the execution of the subject of the contract, as well as the economic and economic situation unforeseen at the moment, the Ordering Party reserves the right to make reductive adjustments, increasing adjustments, new findings location, as well as pausing the actions indicated in the individual rows of the tables describing the subject of the order. Increasing adjustments do not imply the introduction of new works not covered by the scope of the basic contract, and reductive adjustments do not imply a complete abandonment of part of the work. These should be understood as increasing the amount of work in one location, at the expense of reducing the amount of work in another location — within the gross value of the subject of the order. The corrections will relate to work carried out on the premises relevant to the work included in the description of the subject matter of the contract. The need to increase the size of certain elements of the order in the course of execution of the object of the order may also occur in order to complete the full range of work described in the subject of the order. Determination of a new location is carried out within the subject of the order.

The contract carried out with own and external funds under the Operational Programme Infrastructure and Environment 2014-2020 project “Comprehensive project for the protection of species and natural habitats in areas managed by PGL State Forests”

The aim of the investment is to improve the conservation status of natural habitats and plant and animal species found in Natura 2000 areas, lying on land managed by State Forests.

The estimated value of the order is PLN 62,940.86 net.
