The Geographic Information System (GIS) Analyst will be required to carry out core GIS tasks such as data preparation, data collection, data analysis and output. Where applicable, responsibilities may include liaising with external organisations to ensure effective import and export of information. To provide GIS analysis and the harnessing of data to enhance the Department's capability to strategically plan and deliver on the Departments objectives and provide a means to assess the most effective allocation of resources.
