the form of the contract is a single-award framework agreement executed by issuing order forms on the basis of the unit prices defined by the price schedule annexed to the commitment act: This framework agreement does not include a commitment on a minimum amount but includes a commitment on a maximum amount of orders set at 900 000.00 euro (s) HT in application of 3° of article R2162-4 of the Public Order Code.
