New building of the Gilde Vakcollege Techniek in Gorinchem.

Housing for technical VMBO training of approximately 10,000m2 GFA and a field program of approximately 10,000 m2.

The goal is to create a learning environment that challenges and stimulates young people to choose technology.

The design exudes craftsmanship and technique, through masonry and shed roofs on the outside and because construction and installation parts remain largely in sight inside.

The building will be energy neutral because the three shed roofs are fully presented with PV panels (more than 1200 pieces) and by keeping the energy demand as low as possible.

The project will be divided into three plots of construction, mechanical engineering and electrical engineering that will act as ancillary contractors.
