The subject of the contract is the collection, transport and management of waste resulting from mechanical segregation with code 19 12 12 – Other waste (including mixed substances and objects) from mechanical waste treatment other than those listed in 19 12 11, in the total amount up to 6,500.00 Mg / year divided into part III.

Part I – Collection, transport and management of waste with code 19 12 12 in the amount of up to 800.00 Mg / year (waste resulting from sorting selective waste);

Part II – Collection, transport and management of waste with code 19 12 12 in the amount of up to 5,200.00 Mg / year (waste resulting from municipal waste);

Part III - Collection, transport and management of waste with code 19 12 12 in the total amount up to 500.00 Mg / year (waste generated in the process of shredding and sorting waste, intended for the production of alternative fuel), divided into:

- fine fraction up to 150,00 Mg/year;

- coarse fraction up to 350,00 Mg/year;

The subject of the contract is the collection, transport and management of waste resulting from mechanical segregation with code 19 12 12 – Other waste (including mixed substances and objects) from mechanical waste treatment other than those listed in 19 12 11, in a total amount of up to 6,500.00 Mg / year divided into III parts:

Part I – Collection, transport and management of waste with code 19 12 12 in the amount of up to 800.00 Mg / year (waste resulting from the sorting of selective waste).

The Ordering Party reserves that the above quantity is indicative quantities, illustrating the possible size of the scope of the subject of the contract and may change depending on the needs of the ordering party, however, the minimum amount of waste transferred will be for Part I – 500.00 Mg / year. In the case of waste collection in a smaller amount, the Contractor is not entitled to any claims.

The waste was created in the process of mechanical segregation of municipal waste constituting the over-sieve fraction. From this waste, secondary raw materials were separated, i.e. glass, metals, pet, paper, cardboard, etc. The waste is stored in open uncovered ground, in unbeled form. The Ordering Party informs that on the basis of the collected data, on average, it is able to load for Part I - approx. 15 Mg of waste with code 19 12 12 for part I. However, this value is variable and largely depends on the payload of the waste collection vehicle. The Contractor will be obliged to manage the waste in accordance with the applicable regulations in the field of environmental protection. The waste covered by this contract should be treated using an alternative fuel production facility or a thermal treatment facility. The amount of waste will be settled on the basis of the legalized goods scale located at the Ordering Party, according to the printout of the weighing result. Waste will be collected by transporting the contractor at his expense and managed by the contractor through recovery. The contracting authority will inform the contractor about the planned amount of waste to be collected in advance. The Ordering Party reserves that the amount of waste collected from the Pukinina Plant with the code 19 12 12 will be determined successively during the execution of the order. The waste will be collected by the contractor from the Installation located at: Pukinin 140, 96 – 200 Rawa Mazowiecka. Waste collection will take place from Monday to Friday from 7:00 to 18:00. Waste collection will be confirmed by waste transfer cards. Loading of waste will be carried out by the Ordering Party's equipment, and the contractor will be obliged to substitute a container or other equipment adapted to transport this type of waste. The Contractor shall submit a statement to the Ordering Party on the recovery of the entire mass of waste accepted in a given calendar month by the 15th day of each subsequent month by e-mail to the following address: odpady@zgoaquarium.pl.

The Contractor must have current administrative decisions in the field of waste management: a waste processing permit or a waste generation permit taking into account waste processing or an integrated permit covering waste recovery within the meaning of the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2021, item 779, as amended) covering the full amount of waste with code 19 12 12, in quantity for:

Part I – min. 800,00 Mg/year

or

it must have a contract with a waste management installation with code 19 12 12. The current administrative decision in the field of waste management should be attached: a waste processing permit or a waste generation permit taking into account waste processing or an integrated permit covering waste recovery within the meaning of the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2021, item 779, as amended) covering the full amount of waste with code 19 12 12, in quantity for:
