The purpose of the contract is to carry out, for the EU-SILC 2024 survey, face-to-face interviews (CAPI - Computer Assisted Personal Interview) in households' homes using field interviewers and telephone interviews (CATI - Computer Assisted Telephone Interview mode). All responses must be entered into the EU-SILC electronic questionnaire on the MyGUICHET platform. The main objectives to be achieved in this context are as follows: (1) To prepare all the elements for the proper conduct of the investigation and, in particular, to train the investigators. (2) Carry out data collection from households and individuals who are members of EU-SILC 2024 households using a mixed CAPI/CATI mode via the MyGuichet platform. It should be noted that, in parallel with the CAPI/CATI collection, STATEC collects responses in CAWI (Computer Assisted Web Interview) mode; respondents responding to the EU-SILC questionnaire on their own via MyGuichet.
