Supply market for an Ultra High Performance Liquid Chromatography System (UHPLC) coupled to a mass spectrometer of the triple quadrupole type (MS / MS).

The Walloon Center for Agronomic Research is looking for a UHPLC MS / MS analysis system whose proposed hardware and software configurations should be oriented towards the qualitative and quantitative analysis of peptides with a variable number of amino acids (8-25), in complex matrices, with a view to continuing these activities linked to the detection of marker peptides, whether or not revealing the presence of proteins of different origins in complex matrices.

The system should also allow the analysis of small molecules such as metabolites, contaminants, etc. in order to meet the current and future challenges of agricultural research. These are currently available for our laboratory according to 4 points:

- detection and quantification of peptides in various complex matrices,

- proteomics,

- detection and quantification of natural toxins (mycotoxins, crop weeds, etc.),

- metabolomics.
