The commissioners of the assignment are the following collaborating municipalities and organizations: municipalities IJsselstein, Leusden, Scherpenzeel, Vijfheerenlanden, Woudenberg, Environment Agency Region Utrecht (hereinafter: ODRU), Reinigingsbedrijf Midden Nederland (hereinafter: RMN) and Work and Income Leakage Room (hereinafter: WIL ). The participating municipalities and organizations (hereinafter: participants) have mandated Purchasing Bureau Midden Nederland to act as the lead party for this tender.

The purpose of the tender is to select (a) high-quality contractor (s) for the supply of temporary staff on a temporary basis (up to scale 8) in a transparent manner. The contract is divided into 2 lots.

Lot 1: Functions up to scale 8 - regular (all participants)

Lot 2: Technical staff up to scale 8 (RMN only)

DESCRIPTION

This parcel concerns the regular hiring of temporary workers up to scale 8. Within this parcel a distinction is made between regular applications and urgent requests.

The contract value of this plot is approximately EUR 1 800 000 per year.

FUNCTIONS

It concerns all occurring functions up to and including scale 8 with the exception of the functions that are explicitly part of the scope of lot 2.

DESCRIPTION

This plot concerns the hiring of mainly technical functions. With these positions, it is important that deliveries can be made quickly and early in the morning if necessary and that the contractor has taken good measures to guarantee rapid deployment from a pool of employees.

The contract value of this parcel is approximately EUR 1,200,000 per year.
