Delivery, implementation and operation of a communication solution within the framework of a managed service contract
The subject of the award procedure is the delivery, commissioning and operation of a communication solution with telecommunications service, UCC services, multimedia contact center and EMS service within the framework of a managed service contract. In addition to the commissioning and operation of the hardware and software for the communication solution, the contractor must also provide and operate the carrier fixed-network connections for Internet and voice (hereinafter also referred to as network services) in the future.
The communication and network services, which will in future be provided by the bidder on its own responsibility, include in particular the following areas:
