HM Land Registry (HMLR) has an ongoing requirement for external legal services provision. In summary, HMLR are seeking a single supplier to provide legal support in all of the following areas of specialisms:

— Property;

— Employment and Health and Safety;

— General Contract and Commercial;

— A full list of area of specialism is provided in the procurement documents.

The contract with the supplier is expected to commence on the 29.8.2017.

The Authority is conducting the procurement under the light touch regime modelling the restricted procedure but with an accelerated time-frame in accordance with the requirements of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (SI 2015/102) (PCR 2015).
