Rossendale Borough Council is seeking tender submissions from suitably experienced, skilled and qualified service providers to enter into a management agreement in accordance to the leases and tenancy agreements. The contract will also cover the collection of rent due under the tenancies and payment of rent in accordance with each lease in respect of the management of properties to which the Council owns a leasehold interest in a number of properties pursuant to the East Lancashire Empty Homes Programme.

The housing stock comprises of approximately 320 properties located across East Lancashire and the estimated value of the contract (retained fee) is anticipated as being in the region of 2 200 000 GBP over the anticipated term of the contract.
