The subject of the contract is services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6 (1) point. 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (text one: Journal of Laws of 2021 item 1275 as late as “Forests Act”) covering works in the field of breeding, seed, forest protection, conservation, protection of the forest The scope of the object of the contract includes the total quantities of works in the field of forest breeding and protection of the forest, fire protection, harvesting and logging as well as resulting from Annex 3 to SWZ.
Package 6The subject of the contract is services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6 (1) point. 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (text one: Journal of Laws of 2021 item 1275 as late as “Forests Act”) covering works in the field of breeding, seed, forest protection, conservation, protection of the forest fire, harvesting and pluck wood. The scope of the subject matter of the contract shall include the total quantities of works in the field of breeding, seed, forest protection, fire protection, harvesting and lumber harvesting, as well as resulting from Annex 3 to SWZ- to be executed under package 6. The contracting authority requires employment by the contractor or a subcontractor on the basis of an employment contract of persons carrying out activities included in the subject of the contract consisting in the acquisition and rip-off of wood raw material, if the performance of these activities involves carrying out the work in the manner specified in Article 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 - Code work (text one: Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1040 as amended). The estimated value of the order indicated in II.2.6.is the sum of the value of the basic order (net basic order value plus the right of options at 20% of the net basic order value) and the anticipated orders referred to in Article 67 (1) point 6 of the Procurement Law Act public. Due to the actual natural weather situation, which may occur during the completion of the subject of the order, as well as the economic and economic situation unforeseen at the moment. The Ordering Party reserves the right to make downsizing adjustments, increasing adjustments, new location arrangements, as well as to withhold the actions indicated in the individual rows of the tables describing the subject of the order. The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of awarding the contract referred to in Article 214 (1) (7) of the PZP within 3 years from the date of the award of the basic contract. These orders shall consist of the repetition of services compatible with the services of this contract and services similar to them in the technological aspect of their execution. The scope of the services constituting the subject of the order referred to above shall not exceed 50% of this order.
When selecting tenders for the package, the Contracting Authority will be guided by the following criterion for assessing tenders:
