The contract concerns the rental and maintenance of 142 digital copiers, for municipal administrative services, communal schools, the prevention unit, the Seraing-Neupré Police Zone and the C.P.A.S. of Seraing for the years 2022 to 2025.

The market includes:

• delivery, complete installation, preventive and planned maintenance (at least, an annual site review), repair, recovery of copiers and faxes as well as all the accessories that allow them to function perfectly;

• the supply of all consumables except paper and staples;

• staff training and assistance in case of problems via an automatic system via the internet

The market is based on a total ESIME volume of:

- 8,772,300 copies per year in black

- 3,665,200 copies per year in color.

Additional copiers may be added to this contract, subject to the conditions of this contract, the rent calculation will be made taking into account the amount of investment and the remaining number of months.
