The contract is for the provision of technical assistance services by an engineering firm — specialised advice in special techniques for monitoring the quality of technical installation maintenance services in the buildings of the contracting authority.

The controls will take place quarterly (four times/year) on all the installations of the contracting authority's building stock. This contract also provides for specific ad hoc services relating to technical studies and audits, appraisals, optimisation studies for existing installations and assistance in the context of invitations to tender.
