Loimi-HämeEn Jätehuolto Oy is asking for tenders for anthracite/grey-coloured packaging waste collection containers, which can be emptied by hand from the collection site into the packing garbage trucks in use. The waste containers have a volume of 140 l, 240 l, 360 l and 660 l.

Waste containers must meet the following requirements:

The containers must be suitable for mechanical loading for waste transport equipment commonly used in Finland. Collection equipment must meet the following standards: SFS-EN 840-1, -2, -5, -6 +A1.

The containers must be injection-extruded, all-plastic and UV-protected PE collection devices. Any water that may accumulate on top of the lid must not drain into the container when the lid is opened.

The lid of the waste container should have a 25x25 cm. flat surface for gluing waste type labels. The dishes have a date of manufacture marking.

Two-wheeled waste containers must have a closed axle. The collar should be firm. The customer does not accept dishes with metal collars. The dishes should have grip handles. The wheels and axles must be removable and reattachable. 660 l containers should be equipped with two lockable wheels.

Wheels:

• 140 l / 240 l / 360 l minimikoko 200 mm

• 660 l minimikoko 160 mm

• 660 L delivery wheels mounted

When delivering dishes, parts of the dishes are supplied in separate packages that are not inside the dishes.

Waste containers must be delivered in quantity approximately half to two different delivery points within the following opening hours by April 14:

1. Kiimassuo Waste Centre, Kiimassuontie 127, FI-30420 Forssa

Opening hours Mon-Fri 7am-6pm

2. Hallavaara Waste Centre, Luvalahdentie 323, 27710 Köyliö

Opening hours Mon-Thu 10-18, Fri 8-16

More detailed details of the deliveries will be agreed with the customer later separately.

The following information concerning the containers shall be annexed to the offer:

• Delivery time from order

• Information on the manufacturer of the collection device(s)

• Technical data on the products offered (depth, width, height, size of wheels)

• Material used in waste collection equipment and amount of recycled material (%)

• any accessories for moving/handling/marking the collection equipment;

• prices for offered spare parts for dishes (lid, wheels, axles, hinges, bottom plugs)

• possibility of supplying 660 l containers without a bottom drain hole
