this public contract concerns the deployment in 2022 of a “bag of the first 1000 days” as part of the national project of the first 1000 days of the child led by the Ministry of Solidarity and Health. This contract consists of 3 lots, each comprising a firm slice and an optional slice: - lot 1: supply of bags for the first 1000 days; - lot 2: transport and delivery of bags from the first 1000 days to maternity wards; - lot 3: supply of youth albums adapted to the first 1000 days of the child

the purpose of lot No. 1 is to supply bags from the first 1000 days and their contents, given to parents of newborns during their stay in the maternity hospital. Specifically, it is expected of the Holder of Lot No. 1:1° The supply of the various objects and documents composing the bags of the first 1000 days, excluding the youth album object of lot No. 3, in accordance with the technical characteristics specified in articles 4.1 and 4.2 of this specification of clauses; 2° The assembly, packaging and the packaging of the bags of the first 1000 days, each containing the different objects detailed in articles 4.1 and 4.2 as well as a youth album provided by the holders of lot 3 and a booklet provided by Santé publique France; 3° The storage of bags of the first 1000 days assembled and the making available for collection by the carrier/delivery person selected under lot 2 for distribution in maternity hospitals; 4° Reception and storage of youth albums delivered by the holders of lot 3; 5° Coordination of the various stakeholders

the purpose of the contract is to carry out services for the transport and delivery of bags from the first 1000 days, containing childcare articles and printed documents, for maternity services located in metropolitan France in rural revitalization zones (Zrr) and municipalities with at least one priority district of the city policy (Qpv) (firm slice), then throughout the national territory, with the exception of the COM (optional tranche). The bags for the first 1000 days are taken care of by the Holder from the supplier selected under lot 1

The purpose of lot 3 is to provide children's albums adapted to children from birth until the age of three, to be incorporated into the bags of the first 1000 days to be given to parents of newborns during their stay in the maternity hospital. This includes the design of a special edition for the first 1000 days project, the printing of the required number of albums, their packaging and their delivery to the holder of lot No. 1 according to the schedule set out in section 7.1 of the specification book. adapted to the needs of children and parents and to the objectives pursued in the framework of the national project of the first 1000 days. Lot 3 also includes participation in the national communication around the book in the First 1000 Days Sac project and, as necessary, participation in the steering committee of the First 1000 Days Sac project
