The subject of Part 1 is the purchase of a manufacturer's warranty for the currently owned DD9300 deduplicators for the benefit of the Ordering Party and the provision of Technical Assistance from the Manufacturer in the amount of 26 working days. The subject of Part 2 of the order is the purchase of post-warranty support for the currently owned IBM v3700 array for the benefit of the Ordering Party. The subject of Part 3 of the order is the purchase of the manufacturer's warranty for the currently owned Hitachi arrays for the benefit of the Ordering Party. The subject of Part 4 of the order is the purchase of a manufacturer's warranty for the currently owned servers and the purchase of post-warranty support for the tape library and server for the benefit of the Ordering Party.
