This consultation concerns the provision of regular transport trips (school transport), launched by a permanent group of orders on 17 December 2020, represented by Annonay Rhône Agglo in its capacity as coordinator, its Intercommunal Centre for Social Action (Cias), the City of Annonay and its Communal Centre for Social Action (Ccas).

This is a framework agreement with maximum pursuant to Articles L2125-1 1 °, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Order Code. It will result in the issuance of purchase orders.

The duration of this framework agreement is one year renewable 3 times one year.

Each lot will be awarded to a single economic service provider

-outings and cultural and sports activities during school period

the other members of the group (ccas, cias and Annonay Rhône Agglo) will also be able to order services under this lot.
