The subject of the contract is the supply of office equipment and school and teaching equipment to the 7 workshops of the Center for Vocational and Continuing Education with the possibility of submitting partial offers for specific tasks:

1) Part 1 of the contract - delivery of office equipment and supplies to the 4 workshops of the Center for Vocational and Continuing Education,

2) Lot 2 of the contract - delivery of school equipment and teaching equipment to six workshops of the Center for Vocational and Continuing Education.

Project co-financed under the Priority Axis RPWM.02.00.00 - Human resources for the economy; Action RPWM.02.04.00 - Development of vocational education and training; Sub-measure RPWM.02.04.02 - Development of vocational education and training - ITI projects bis Elbląg of the Regional Operational Program of the Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship for the years 2014-2020, co-financed from the European Social Fund.

The scope of Lot 1 of the contract includes:

a) the supply of office equipment and fittings to the 4 studios of the Center for Professional and Continuing Education, i.e.

A. to the administrative department;

B. to the accounting department;

C. to the florist workshop;

D. to the technical drawing workshop.

A detailed description is included in Annex 1a to the ToR.

b) Assembly;

c) labeling in accordance with the 'Applicant and beneficiary's manual for cohesion policy programs 2014-2020 in the field of information and promotion';

d) providing service during the warranty period for equipment that requires servicing.

The contracting authority informs that it does not envisage the award of the contract referred to in art. 67 section 1 point 7 of the Public Procurement Law.

If the Contractor has its registered office or place of residence outside the territory of the Republic of Poland, instead of the documents referred to in section VI.3) item 6. pos. 1) -4) submits the documents specified in § 7 of the above-mentioned ordinance.

The scope of Lot 2 orders includes:

a) the supply of school equipment and teaching equipment to six workshops at the Center for Vocational and Continuing Education, i.e.

A. to the florist workshop l

B. to a communication studio in a professional foreign language

C. to the car workshop l

D. to the electronic workshopl

E. to the hair salon

F. to the technical drawing workshop.
