Hammer Gemeinnützige Baugesellschaft mbH (client) intends to convert and renovate a chapel building on the site of the Central Accommodation Facility for Refugees (ZUE) Hamm as part of a change of use. The building was formerly used as a chapel and has been vacant for some time. It is now to be rebuilt and renovated for the care of refugees.
In addition, the building does not meet today's requirements for thermal insulation and is to be renovated accordingly in terms of energy efficiency.
The subject of the contract is the object planning services required for the implementation of this project for the performance profile of buildings and interiors.

The contract covers work phases 1 to 9, with a step-by-step commissioning of the work phases (see Section II.2.11).
