the contract consists in the provision of insurance coverage of the Civil Liability Authority towards Third Parties and Contractors. The duration of the contract covered by this contract is set at three (3) years, with effect from 24:00 on 31/12/2022 and expiring at 24:00 on 31/12/2025, with the possibility of extension for a maximum of six (6) months.

If the tender procedure does not end with the award by 31/12/2022, the starting date of the award will automatically slip to 24:00 on 30/06/2023 and until 24:00 on 30/06/2026
