The client (AG), the Waldklinik Jesteburg, intends to build a 3-storey, non-basemented function building on the clinic site.

The measure also includes necessary structural alterations in the immediately adjacent parts of the existing building on the ground floor up to the 2nd floor and to connect the new building.

new building:

- approx. 9,000 m 2 Glue and coat wall surfaces with fleece,

- approx. 4 700 m 2 Coating ceiling surfaces,

- approx. 550 m 2 Glue and coat stairwell walls with fleece.

existing buildings:

- approx. 380 m 2 Filling wall surfaces, sticking with fleece and coating.
