For the new construction of Campus on De Lanen, the Signum Foundation is looking for a construction team within which the disciplines of engineering and installation (mechanical and electrical) are represented.

Campus at De Lanen must also be flexible in design, as well as low-maintenance and cleaning-friendly in use. For example, part of the building must be used independently and be technically compartmentalised and the achievement of at least Fresh Schools Class B is a matter of course. Account must also be taken of the urban context within which the building will be realized and the associated social safety and privacy aspects. Finally, Campus on De Lanen will be an Almost Energy Neutral Building (BENG).

The new construction is being realized in Rosmalen and comprises approximately 4,000 m 2 bvo. The functions concern a primary school (for 500 students), a daycare center, an out-of-school care and a gym.
