Tourism East Flanders vzw wants to implement a CRM system for the management of the contact details of and interaction / relationships with its stakeholders in a central database, which is used by all TOV services.
Tourism East Flanders vzw aims with a CRM system:
- central management of customer information (B2B),
- better internal information sharing,
- increased efficiency,
- a better knowledge of the customer's behavior (B2B) in order to adjust the operation based on this,
- a more customer-oriented service to our stakeholders.
The framework agreement is concluded for one year and commences after notification of the award decision. The framework agreement can be extended for a total term of seven years, in accordance with articles 43 and 57 of the Law of 17.6.2016.
