Enrollment of a long-term loan of PLN 5,025 964.15 to finance the deficit of Szczytno Municipality planned for 2021.

1. CPV Dictionary — designation according to the Common Orders Dictionary: 66113000-5 — credit lending services.

2. The object of the order is to take out a long-term loan to finance the deficit of Szczytno Municipal Municipality. The amount of the loan will be 5 025 964.15 PLN (verbally: five million twenty-five thousand nine hundred and sixty-four golds and 15 /100), payable over a period of 7 years starting from 2022.

3. The scope of the order shall include:

1) The Contractor shall grant the Contractor a credit in Polish currency amounting to 5 025 964,15 PLN (verbally: five million twenty-five thousand nine hundred and sixty-four zlotys and 15 /100);

2) The Contracting Authority will allocate funds from the credit to finance the deficit of the Municipal Municipality of Szczytno;

3) the credit will be allocated to carry out the following tasks:

— City of Szczytno — city of sustainable public transport II stage — amount: 1 700 000,00 PLN,

— reconstruction of Gdańska Street — amount: 618 045,00 PLN,

listed in the Investment Annex to Resolution No XXV/184/2020 of the Szczytno City Council of 29 December 2020 on the enactment of the budget of the Municipal Municipality of Szczytno for 2021 and the repayment of instalments of loans taken out in previous years, amounting to PLN 2,707 919,15 in accordance with Article 89 (1) 2 of the Law of 27 August 2009 on Public Finance (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 305).

4. The loan will be provided for a period of 7 years starting in 2022.
