1. The subject of the contract is the construction and marking of bicycle paths in the municipalities of Świdwin, Połczyn-Zdrój and the city of Białogard.
There are investment sections to be made:
1) construction of a bicycle path – section A (City of Białogard – approx. 1.18 km),
2) construction of a bicycle path on the section Smardzko – Wardyń (approx. 11.877 km).
At the same time, a section of the bicycle route on the section Świdwin - Smardzko will be marked.
The total length of the investment sections is approx. 13.057 km, and the sections to be marked approx. 6.5 km.
1. The scope of construction works shall include:
1) removal of trees and shrubs,
2) photo of humus layer,
3) demolition of pavement, curbs,
4) reconstruction of culverts,
5) repair of bridges,
6) execution of earthworks – excavations and embankments,
7) execution of the designed structure,
8) planting trees,
9) setting of devices to protect movement,
10) implementation of horizontal and vertical markings.
2. The subject of the contract is described in detail in the Design Documentation, SST, Chapter C SWZ and Valued Bills of Quantities.
3. Pursuant to Article 95 (1) of the Act, the Contracting Authority requires employment by the Contractor or subcontractor (s) on the basis of the employment relationship of all persons carrying out the activities indicated by the Contracting Authority in the scope of the execution
1) preparatory works, earthworks, construction of the bicycle path surface, finishing works, installation of traffic safety devices, implementation of vertical and horizontal markings;
2) bridge and energy works.
4. The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of awarding similar contracts referred to in Article 214 (1) point 7 of the Act — Public Procurement Law.
1) The scope of works shall be set at PLN 2,072,998.00 net, with a scope consistent with the subject of the basic contract, consisting in the repetition of similar construction works.
