Tenders are invited for the insurances of the Nottinghamshire Fire and Rescue Service as detailed within the tender document for the period commencing the 1.4.2016.

Arthur J Gallagher has the sole appointment as insurance brokers to Nottinghamshire Fire and Rescue to prepare the Invitation to Tender document for their insurance portfolio. This is due to the expiry of the Long Term Agreement signed with the current insurers on 1.4.2011.

Full Title of the Insured on all Policy Documentation is as follows:

Nottinghamshire and City of Nottingham Fire Authority and Nottinghamshire Fire and Rescue Service and Nottinghamshire Fire and Rescue Service (Trading) Limited.

Details of the contract award criteria is given in Section 2 of the ITT — Contract Award Criteria. Where this changes for a specific Lot, the award criteria will be given at the end of that lot.

Requests for additional information should be directed as per the Instructions to Tenderers using the NFRS In-Tend e-procurement portal.

All requests and answers will be circulated to all tenderers by the 31.10.2015, to ensure transparency during the tender process. Requests for additional information after 28th October will not be considered.
