1 1. Collection, transport and management of municipal waste collected in a selective manner from the owners of real estate on which residents live, in single-family and multi-apartment buildings and real estate on which residents do not live, and municipal waste is generated in multi-apartment buildings divided into fractions: 1) paper- paper waste including cardboard, paper packaging waste and cardboard packaging waste, 2) metals and plastics - metal waste, including packaging waste from metals, plastic waste, including plastic packaging waste and multi-material packaging waste, 3) glass - glass waste, including glass packaging waste, 4) biodegradable waste (bio-waste), 5) ashes and slag from household furnaces, 6) furniture and other bulky waste and waste electrical and electronic equipment; 2. Collection, transport and management of unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste from the owners of real estate on which residents live, in single-family and multi-apartment buildings and real estate on which residents do not live, and municipal waste in multi-apartment buildings is generated; 3. Equipping residential immovable property with facilities (containers, containers and bags) for the collection of municipal waste collected in a selective manner; 4. Equipping the property with facilities (containers, containers) for the collection of non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste; 5. Washing and disinfection of containers and containers intended for waste collection at least three times a year, in the months of March-April, June-July and September-October. 6. The Contractor is obliged to collect waste collected in containers owned by property owners and in containers / containers owned by property managers, if they are adapted for mechanical unloading and meet the requirements set out in the Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the City of Hajnówka and are in appropriate technical condition.
