The subject matter is services for the described IT system and its possible extensions.

The IT system is an IP telecommunications solution, consisting of the products of the manufacturer Ericsson, System MX-ONE, as well as an alarm server of the manufacturer Mitel. The hardware and software of the IP telecommunications solution provided by the client are described in detail in the tender documents. The customer is entitled to expand the IT system by purchasing additional system components. In this case, the contractor is also obliged to install and customize at the request of the customer.
