Deutschlandradio is looking for qualified printing companies to print and send brochures, flyers, posters, postcards, press kits and other printed matter.

For the printing contracts to be awarded, a framework contract is concluded with an economic operator on the basis of which the individual contracts are awarded. Consequently, the framework contract does not contain all the conditions for individual procurement. The framework agreement is specified in the respective individual order. It specifies the specific printed matter, scope of services, service period and price.

The service in individual cases includes the examination of the print data, the printing, the precise further processing of e.g. Folds and crop marks, packaging, checking the printed matter for defects before delivery, packaging and shipping the printed matter.

The collection of the print data must be free of charge. The packaging and delivery of printed matter to the locations in Cologne and Berlin must also be free of charge. Furthermore, the printed receipts must be delivered at the same time (on the same day) as the printed products. The above-mentioned services are to be taken into account in the individual prices as a lump sum.
