The object of the order is to perform the installation of central heating and hot water powered by individual gas boilers, reconstruction of gas installations, ventilation, replacement of sanitary installations and the execution of connections to residential buildings at R. Traugutta Street 68, 85-87, 109 in Wrocław.

The order forms part of an order covering the change of heating systems in residential buildings carried out in 2021, as part of the project “Reduction of chimney emissions in the housing resource of the Municipality of Wrocław through the elimination of coal heat sources — Stage 2” planned to funding from the European Regional Development Fund under the Regional Operational Programme of Lower Silesian Voivodeship 2014-2020, priority axis 3, low carbon economy, action 3.3 “Energy efficiency in public buildings and housing sector”

Task No 1 — Execution of the installation of central heating and hot water fed from individual gas boilers, reconstruction of gas installations, ventilation, replacement of sanitary installations and construction of connections to the building at 68 R. Traugutta Street in Wrocław.

Liquidation of individual heat sources and individual sources of hot water preparation, including disassembly of parts of stainless and tiled furnaces,

(b) leaving and failing to act part of the tile furnaces;

c) bricking, repairing plaster on the walls at which dismantled tile ovens were located, wall painting, floor restoration, system builds;

d) bricking, repairing plaster on the walls at which the left furnaces are located;

(e) reconstruction of the internal gas plant, installation of dual-functional gas boilers together with exhaust gas drainage system;

(f) reconstruction of the ventilation system;

g) the implementation of a new central heating system, hot and cold water and sewerage system in the building;

h) replacement of the indicated gas stoves with electric, partial reconstruction of internal electrical installations.

II. External installation

(a) the execution of a water supply connection.

Task No 2 — Execution of the installation of central heating and hot water fed from individual gas boilers, reconstruction of gas installations, ventilation, replacement of sanitary installations and construction of connections to the building at 85-87 R. Traugutta Street in Wrocław.

(a) the elimination of individual heat sources and individual sources of hot water preparation, including the dismantling of parts of stainless and tiled furnaces;

d) bricking, repairing plaster on the walls at which the left furnaces are located;

II. External installation

(a) the construction of a water supply connection together with installations in a building in a multi-family building at 85 R. Traugutta Street (housing community).

Task No 3 — Execution of the installation of central heating and hot water fed from individual gas boilers, reconstruction of gas installations, ventilation, replacement of sanitary installations and construction of connections to the building at R. Traugutta 109 Street in Wrocław.
