2. GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT

The subject of the contract is the replacement of existing obsolete and worn-out automatic driving systems for new generation devices that meet the requirements of the MIiR Regulation of 20.10.2015, item 1744 with późn.zm. and the company's internal regulations to improve safety at rail-road crossings at km 99.457 railway line No. 143 and at km 40.672 railway line No. 277 together with accompanying works in the road, energy and telecommunications industries.

The entire subject of the contract includes the implementation of:

1) design documentation necessary for the proper performance of all construction works and obtaining for it all the required opinions, arrangements, approvals, conditions, decisions and permits necessary to implement the subject of the contract;

2) All construction works in accordance with the scope of the contract on the basis of the design documentation developed by the Contractor and approved by the Contracting Authority, referred to in point 1, and all preparatory works necessary to perform the entrusted contract and perform all activities required by law;

The order covers the design and execution of works in the field of railway traffic control, road, energy and telecommunications.

The Ordering Party pays special attention to the fact that the entire subject of the contract should be performed in accordance with the Technical Standards and applicable laws and internal regulations of the Company.
