The planned construction measures include the building of the Fichtenberg secondary school with the exception of the auditorium, the section Mittelbau 3.OG and DG and the outer shell of the east wing.

As part of the refurbishment of the Fichtenberg secondary school, new interior doors made of wood as well as toilet partitions and wall coverings in the gym are required. The tendered services include construction sections 1a and 1b (west wing and middle section and east wing gymnasium and 1st floor) as well as section 2 (north wing).
