Preparation of annexes to the existing forest management plans for the Forest Districts Komańcza, Kołaczyce, Dukla, Rymanów, Lubaczów and Narol including the development of the scope of protection tasks in accordance with the provision of Article 28 paragraph 10 of the Act of 16 April 2004 on nature protection (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 916, as amended), for part of Natura 2000 areas PLH180014 Ostoja Jaśliska, PLH120033 Bednarka, PLH180015 Łysa Góra, PLH180016 Rymanów, PLH180018 Trzciana and PLH180001 Ostoja Magurska, PLH180017 Horyniec and PLH060093 Uroczyska Roztocza Wschodniego remaining under the management of individual Forest Districts.

Preparation of a hydrological study for a part of the San basin simultaneously with the work of developing FMP projects for the Lutowiska and Stuposiany Forest Districts

a) Development of draft Forest Management Plans together with nature protection programs and environmental impact forecasts for the Lutowiska and Stuposiany Forest Districts, taking into account the provisions of the draft Protection Plan for the Natura 2000 PLC180001 Bieszczady site.

Stuposiany Forest District - forest management works on the area of 9 462 ha

b) Preparation of annexes to the applicable forest management plans for the Forest Districts Komańcza, Kołaczyce, Dukla, Rymanów, Lubaczów and Narol including the development of the scope of protection tasks in accordance with the provision of Article 28 paragraph 10 of the Act of 16 April 2004 on nature protection (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 916, as amended), for part of Natura 2000 PLH180014 Ostoja Jaśliska, PLH120033 Bednarka, PLH180015 Łysa Góra, PLH180016 Rymanów, PLH180018 Trzciana and PLH180001 Ostoja Magurska, PLH180017 Horyniec and PLH060093 Uroczyska Roztocza Wschodniego remaining under the management of individual Forest Districts.

Komańcza Forest District, - preparation of an annex to the current Forest Management Plan for 2016-2025, including the development of the scope of protection tasks in accordance with the provision of Article 28 paragraph 10 of the Act of 16 April 2004 on nature protection (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 916, as amended), for part of the Natura 2000 site PLH180014 Ostoja Jaśliska with an area of 3 581 ha, to the extent set out in Annex 9 to the SWZ;

Kołaczyce Forest District - preparation of an annex to the current Forest Management Plan for 2018-2027, including the development of the scope of protection tasks in accordance with the provision of Article 28 paragraph 10 of the Act of 16 April 2004 on nature protection (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 916, as amended), for part of the Natura 2000 PLH120033 Bednarka site with an area of 360 ha, to the extent set out in Annex 10 to SWZ

Dukla Forest District - preparation of an annex to the current Forest Management Plan for 2018-2027, including the development of the scope of protection tasks in accordance with the provision of Article 28 paragraph 10 of the Act of 16 April 2004 on nature protection (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 916, as amended), for part of Natura 2000 areas PLH180014 Ostoja Jaśliska with an area of 8 855 ha, PLH180015 Łysa Góra with an area of 1 618 ha, PLH180016 Rymanów with an area of 50 ha, PLH180018 Trzciana with an area of 1 694 ha and PLH180001 Ostoja Magurska with an area of 2 ha, within the scope set out in Annex 11 to the SWZ;

Rymanów Forest District - preparation of an annex to the current Forest Management Plan for 2019-2028, including the development of the scope of protection tasks in accordance with the provision of Article 28 paragraph 10 of the Act of 16 April 2004 on nature protection (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 916, as amended), for part of Natura 2000 areas PLH180014 Ostoja Jaśliska with an area of 10 219 ha and PLH180016 Rymanów with an area of 3 510 ha, to the extent set out in Annex 12 to the SWZ;

Lubaczów Forest District - preparation of an annex to the current Forest Management Plan for 2019-2028, including the development of the scope of protection tasks in accordance with the provision of Article 28 paragraph 10 of the Act of 16 April 2004 on nature protection (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 916, as amended), for part of Natura 2000 areas PLH180017 Horyniec with an area of 5 387 ha and PLH060093 Uroczyska Roztocza Wschodniego with an area of 1 026 ha, within the scope set out in Annex 13 to the SWZ;

Narol Forest District - preparation of an annex to the current Forest Management Plan for 2023-2032, including the development of the scope of protection tasks in accordance with the provision of Article 28 paragraph 10 of the Act of 16 April 2004 on nature protection (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 916, as amended), for part of Natura 2000 sites PLH180017 Horyniec with an area of 2 015 ha and PLH060093 Uroczyska Roztocza Wschodniego with an area of 512 ha, to the extent set out in Annex 14 to the SWZ;

c) Preparation of a hydrological study for a part of the San catchment at the same time as the work of developing draft Forest Management Plans for the Lutowiska and Stuposiany Forest Districts.
