The subject of the contract is the selection and delivery for a period of 6 months of powder-state polyelectrolyte for dewatering fermented sludge at the Hajdów Wastewater Treatment Plant in Lublin.

The object of the contract includes the selection and delivery of powdered polyelectrolyte for dewatering digestate sludge.

Sludge Properties:

hydration 95.5 – 97.3% (average 96.8%),

organic parts content 55 — 62,5% (average 57,8%),

average volume 820 m3/day,

pH 6,5 – 7,5

The fermented dewatered sediment is in the primary system on two decanting centrifuges from Gea Westphalia, UCF type 466-00-35 with maximum capacity up to 35 m3/h each. In the basic layout, two centrifuges use one flocculant station with a maximum capacity of 4,000 litres per hour. Number of centrifuges installed in Mechanical Dewatering Station 4 pcs. Number of flocculant stations 2 pcs. Flocculant stations are powered by water supply.

The devices work in continuous motion.
