Ekom21 - hereinafter “AG” for short - is the largest municipal IT service company in Hesse and is one of the three largest BSI-certified municipal IT service companies in Germany.
The aim of the award procedure is to conclude a framework agreement with an economic operator for the office equipment of the ekom21-KGRZ Hesse locations
The range of tasks at ekom21 is growing and changing continuously, which is accompanied by a steady increase in the number of employees. ekom 21 is experiencing strong growth and the associated increase in staff - currently around 740 people are employed at the Kassel, Gießen and Darmstadt locations. A further significant increase in staff is planned.
The rooms and areas of the ekom21 offices are to be designed according to the ideas of "new work" by 2024. The rooms and areas are to be equipped with flexible and agile furniture in order to integrate modern forms and methods of work into everyday working life. The rooms and areas are to be used multifunctionally (workplaces and workplaces) and ergonomically.
The aim of the award procedure is to ensure that the area is fully equipped. This tender includes loose furniture. The office concept of ekom21 is divided into different modules (rooms). This award procedure is structured in accordance with this system.
Over the standard period of the framework agreement (cf. Section II.2.7) of the notice), the contracting authority estimates a total value of approx. EUR 2,500,000.00 excluding VAT. The estimated total value is based on the experience of recent years, including estimated additional requirements.
