As part of this tender procedure, LVR-InfoKom intends to acquire the following tender items from the special schools under its sponsorship:

- Lot 1: Digital boards and passive display media

-Lot 2 charging stations

-Los 3 Ipads

-Los 4 Beamer

- The 5 Ultrakurzdistanzbeamer

The purchase of the digital boards, the smart displays, the charging stations and the IPads and the projectors as well as their accessories and services are carried out in accordance with the guideline on the granting of grants to promote the digitization of schools in North Rhine-Westphalia (RL DigitalPakt NRW) for measures at schools and in Reg (circular of the Ministry of School and Education

of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia of 11.09.2019 (ABI.NRW. 09/19)).

Lot 1: This lot consists of two sublots!

o Lot 1.1: contains the tender for the supply of digital boards of various inch sizes including required software, APP, hardware, accessories, services (such as training, installation work, dismantling and assembly of the new boards, as well as cabling and cable duct laying)

o Lot 1.2: contains the tender for the supply of passive display devices in 75 inches including manager APP, accessories, external support and services.

This lot contains the tender for the supply of charging stations in various sizes, including accessories and fulfillment of all installation work.

This lot contains the tender for the supply of tablets (Apple iPads at least Gen 9) including registration of the delivered devices by the contractor via the Device Registration Program (DEP) and accessories (power supplies, protective covers, and bulletproof glass film).

An iPad bundle consists of the following components:

1 x iPad 10.2 64GB 9th Gen, 2021 or

Successor (if 10.2" and loadable on Lightning), color any, Wi-Fi,

1 x DEP Registration

1 x Panzerglasfolie

1 x Schutzcase
