Description:
Advisory services for the requisitioning and processing of statistical background material

Business house Midtjylland is increasingly working towards a data-driven business advancement effort, therefore consultancy services will be required to collect and process data and develop relevant methods on an ongoing basis.

Business house Midtjylland's efforts aim, among other things, to promote mid-Jutland growth drivers and positions of strength, as well as counteract the development barriers facing the region's business community. Local and regional business statistics must be seen as part of this work, as it must form the basis for strong, active and fact-based business advancement locally and regionally supporting the variety of potentials and strengths held by the Central Jutland Region.

There is the collection and processing of data and statistics this offer relates to.

Disputation 1: Municipality reports

Nineteen individual municipal reports containing annotated business statistics are to be prepared. Thus, it is required that all illustrations be accompanied by an interpretation/analysis which makes it easier for municipalities to actively exploit data.

The report consists of three parts. Part one is a theme chapter, with relevant annotated business statistics related to a current political issue.

The share part consists is a section with central figures and tables which indicate the Central Jutland business development. This section shall contain annotated statistics related to employment, entrepreneurship, business structure, exports and digitisation, as well as any other relevant business statistics.

Part three shall include a smaller local summary of Vocational House Midtjylland's annual Profile Analysis. Intracted table as well as figures are annotated at the municipality level.

The reports shall contain statistics within the following:

Part 1. Theme chapter

- Employment development

- Entrepreneurship

- Revenue and ExportPart 2. Business development in numbers

- Employment development

- Business structure and specialisation

- Entrepreneurship

- Turnover and exports

- DigitizationPart 3. Profile analysis Highlights

- Table of annual municipal appropriation

- Figure with inventory of the proportion of entrepreneurs, established companies and growth layer companies that have received local guidance

- Figure with inventory of the proportion of entrepreneurs, established companies and growth layer companies that have received specialized guidance

Disposment 2: Transverse Report

A comprehensive cross-examination report is to be produced, which will see the development of Central Jutland business in key positions of strength in the region. Furthermore, there is a requirement that two occupational policy themes be analysed in a regional context. As a consequence of the Mid-Jutland Growth Team's recommendation for the development of a mid-Jutland business lighthouse based on water technology, water could be a theme in one of the upcoming reports. The theme is set from year to year and is therefore not clarified further in this case.

There must be a correlation between the local government reports and the cross-border report, as the selected theme in the first part of the Municipal Report must also be shown in the cross-border report at regional level.

The cross-report is at regional level, which is why it is only a requirement for data and analysis to be at regional level.

The report shall contain the following statistics:

Part 1. Regional status within the theme of the local government reports in the year concerned

- The same statistics as the local government reports, however, listed at Region level 2. Business development in numbers

- Employment development in the region

- Business structure and specializations in the region

- Turnover and exports within two positions of strength in RegionPart 3. Selected Theme Analyses

- Development in employment

- Development in entrepreneurship

- Development in turnover and exports

Dispose 3: Profile Analysis

Profile analysis provides a quantitative description of the first starters, entrepreneurs and established companies who have received guidance in the local business service as well as users of specialized guidance in Vocresshus Midtjylland in the Region of Midtjylland in the previous year.

The profile analysis consists of two parts:

- Part 1 - Focuses on the locally guided and covers local business service users in Region Midtjylland municipalities.

- Part 2 - Focuses on the companies that have received specialized guidance at Vocesshus Midtjylland. The mapping covers all 19 municipalities in the region. The profile analysis distinguishes the following three main groups, which receive guidance:

- First starters: Persons who are considering starting their own business but who do not have a CVR number at the time of guidance.

- Entrepreneurs: Companies less than three years old at the time of guidance.

- Established: Companies that are over three years old at the time of guidance.

Distribution 4: Entrepreneurship

Entrepreneurship lists must give municipalities insight into the number of newly established establishments locally, as well as insight into which concrete establishments have been established. The intention is to provide local councils with a solid basis to target business advancement efforts addressed to entrepreneurs.

The entrepreneurial lists are drawn up once a month and must provide an overview of the development of entrepreneurship over the past month.

The lists must be compiled in a format that makes it easy to distribute them to the Central Jutland municipalities.

The entrepreneurial lists are expected to include:

- a list for each of the region's 19 municipalities, of which newly established establishments in the past month shows

- an inventory of the total number of new companies compared to the same month of the previous year.

- All lists must contain contact information, and other relevant information about each of the newly established establishments, so that municipalities have key information to enable action to be targeted.

Distribution 5: Moving lists

The movement lists, like the entrepreneurial lists, must help strengthen the foundations of local business promotion and ensure that it is possible to target business promotion efforts locally.

From the floating lists, the municipal business service must be able to identify which concrete establishments are moving to and from the municipality, as well as which new establishments are being established in the municipality. The lists must also allow municipalities to filter at industry level, number of staff and contain contact information which gives the local business service easier access to support local business.

A list must be drawn up for each of the 19 Central Jutland municipalities, which are delivered once a month.

The delivery is expected to contain the following:

- a list for each of the region's 19 municipalities, showing which establishments have moved to and from the municipality

- All lists shall contain contact information on companies, as well as relevant information enabling municipalities to target their efforts, with a view to attracting and retaining undertakings.

Display 6: Consultation services - processing of figures, records, board meetings, etc.

In Vocesshus Midtjylland, data is increasingly being worked to report and target the business advancement of its own and collaborators. We will therefore have an ongoing need for ad hoc consultancy.

The tasks may have the following character (not exhaustive):

- Preparation of statistics for use by press, etc.

- the preparation and possible holding of a document in different contexts for Vocesshus Midtjylland
