With this tender, the municipality of Moerdijk wants to conclude a new contract with an accountant from the 2023 financial year.

The intended service consists of the following parts:

- Certification function aimed at providing (unqualified) audit reports with the financial statements for the fidelity component and with (partial) statements;

- The natural advisory function, arising from and connected to the certifying function;

- The support function.

The municipality of Moerdijk strives for close cooperation with an accounting firm that can empathize with the working method and procedures of the client within a short time. Furthermore, the municipality of Moerdijk wants to achieve that an accountant is chosen who, through a result-oriented agreement, dares to act as a 'risk-bearing partner' on the one hand and, on the other hand, guarantees the quality of the service. The risk-bearing aspect arises with the uncertainties surrounding the man-hours to be deployed and changing needs. This includes developments in the field of business operations, legality, planning & control and Single Information, Single Audit (SISA). Quality can include risk management, guaranteeing the quality of the service and the continuity and flexibility with which it is carried out.
