"Renewal of the laboratory technology for the departments of physics and chemistry as part of the fire protection and energetic upgrading as well as the conversion and renovation of all floors of the main building of the Maximilian-Kolbe-Schule in Neunkirchen-Wiebelskirchen, which is sponsored by the Diocese of Trier.
The work will be carried out in 3 construction phases starting 20 working days after commissioning by the client until mid-2025 (end of 3rd construction phase), whereby the assembly of the laboratory technology must be completed at the end of the 2nd construction phase.
The work takes place during the individual construction phases, with the exception of the school holidays, during ongoing school operations.
The laboratory equipment will be completely dismantled and completely rebuilt.

"The Maximilian-Kolbe-Schule was built in the years around 1975 as a reinforced concrete-skeleton construction (TT beam ceilings on the ground floor and upper floors) or reinforced concrete/masonry construction (basement) with non-load-bearing system partitions (so-called "Mechel walls") as interior walls and a suspended mullion-transom façade. The building has 5 floors (UG-3. Og) and a technical floor.Due to age, there are deficits in the building with regard to building services, fire protection, energy balance, etc., which are to be remedied in the course of the renovation.
The sanitary installations are carried out in 3 construction phases and essentially include the following items:
