OsloMet will enter into a framework agreement for e-books to meet the needs of employees and students. The framework agreement is divided into three parts, and tenderers are able to submit tender offers for one or more lots:

Lot 1) Individual title e-books: system for purchasing of individual e-books

Lot 2) Patron driven acquisition (PDA)

Lot 3) E-book packs (subscription)
