The subject of the contract is the collection and management of municipal waste from the area of the Municipality of Kolno from the owners of properties where residents live in 2024

The subject of the order is the collection and management of municipal waste from the owners of the property on which the inhabitants reside i.e.:

1) unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste accumulated in containers;

2) municipal waste collected selectively in bags, comprising:

(a) biowaste constituting municipal waste;

(b) paper and paperboard, including packaging;

(c) packaging waste from glass;

(d) plastics and metals, including packaging and multi-aerial packaging;

3) municipal waste collected at the Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) in Red:

(a) paper (paper waste, including cardboard, paper packaging waste and cardboard packaging waste);

(b) glass (glass waste, including glass packaging waste);

(c) metals (metal waste, including packaging waste from metals);

(d) plastics (plastic waste, including packaging plastics);

(e) multi-aerial packaging;

(f) hazardous waste;

g) expired drugs;

(h) chemicals;

(i) waste not eligible for household medical waste due to intake of medicinal products by injection and monitoring of blood levels, in particular needles and syringes;

(j) used batteries and batteries;

(k) consumed electrical and electronic equipment;

(l) furniture and other large-sized waste;

m) worn tyres;

(n) construction and demolition waste constituting municipal waste;

(o) textiles and clothing;

Details of the amount of waste subject to collection and management are described in Annex 2 to the SWZ Price Form.

The indicated forecasted amounts of waste are indicative and may differ from the amount of waste actually received and managed during the term of the contract.
